Garett W. Butch, FounderGarrett W. Butch, Founder

Garrett is the leader who inspired the idea for media based ABA training. His passion to see all families have the ability to provide therapy to their children helped bring about the idea of Maximum Potential. Garrett received his BA from The State University of New York at Albany, where he taught high school social studies until 1998. For the last seven years, Garrett was a top account manager and consultant for Document Technologies Inc where he was awarded top ten sales awards 6 years in a row. Garrett oversees all operations and leads in developing business with both parents and schools.


Christy L. Butch, FounderChristy L. Butch, Founder

Christy has worked with her son, Collin, in his therapy sessions since the time of diagnosis at 20 months. Her dedication to the betterment of her child and her attention to his therapy makes her exceptionally well versed in autism and, specifically, ABA. Christy is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where she studied business. She gained 10 years of corporate experience before becoming a full time mother to her two children. Christy focuses primarily on product development, working with artists, producers and other parents of children with autism to bring consumers the best and most helpful products for their children.


Coby and Janet LundCoby and Janet Lund, BCBA, PhD

The Lund’s, who received their PhD’s from Florida State University, have over 25 years of experience in the autism field.  In the early 90’s, both Coby and Janet began working with abused and neglected children in Illinois.  During graduate school, they began working primarily with children with disabilities, specializing almost exclusively in autistic spectrum disorders since 1995. In 2000, they started Integrated Behavioral Solutions (IBS) in Atlanta. Their behavior analysts and therapists serve children with autism throughout the southeast, both in school systems and in homes. In 2008, the Lund’s opened the Keystone Center for Children With Autism, a non-profit school for children with ASD. They are both Board Certified Analysts and members of the Association for Behavior Analysis and the Georgia Association for Behavior Analysis where Coby is a past president.


Ginger Bennett, Music Therapist

Ginger received her music therapy degree from the University of Alabama and completed her music therapy internship at the University of Texas Medical Branch and the Shrine Burns Hospital in Galveston, Texas. She holds national board certification in music therapy, is a certified neurologic music therapist and is a credentialed Early Intervention Specialist. Ginger received her Kindermusik license in 1996 and has been teaching children ever since. As a  developmental consultant and co-author for Kindermusik International, she writes and pilots activities to help create Kindermusik's newest curriculums.  She is currently serving as the Advisor for Regional Development with the Partnership of Kindermusik Educators and is a member of the American Music Therapy Association.  Ginger volunteers with Mission Love Seeds www.missionloveseeds.org  and is actively working to rebuild the Mississippi Coast with supply distribution groups.


Kellie M. Edwards, Ph.D.Kellie Edwards, PhD

Dr. Kellie Edwards is a licensed psychologist with an academic specialty in clinical psychology. She graduated from college as the outstanding senior in psychology at Western Kentucky University. She completed her masters and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology at Auburn University. Her doctoral internship was done at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine, with a primary placement in the Sparks Clinics for childhood neurodevelopmental disabilities and including both inpatient and outpatient rotations through the departments of psychiatry and pediatrics. She has been at the Behavioral Institute of Atlanta since 1999 and provides services for infants, children, adolescents, young adults, and parents.


Robert Wade LandisRobert Wade Landis, LCDR, United States Navy

Lieutenant Comander Robert Wade Landis  graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1996 with an MS in Electrical Engineering.  Following graduation, he attended University of Maryland, College Park and conducted graduate studies in Electrical Engineering.   After Submarine Officer Basic Course, Wade reported to USS NEBRASKA (SSBN 739(G)) in May of 1998.  Onboard Big Red, he served as Reactor Controls Assistant and Assistant Weapons Officer completing six strategic deterrent patrols on board NEBRASKA during his 42 month tour.

LCDR Landis left the boomer world to tackle the President’s budget at OPNAV N77 as Congressional Assistant.  He completed an MBA at George Washington University in December of 2003 and survived two budget cycles at N77 followed by a brief stint at to the Operations Branch, N31.

After surviving life inside the beltway, Wade once again visited Groton, CT for Submarine Officer Advanced Course followed for a 30 month tour including a CENTCOM and SOUTHCOM deployment as the Weapons Officer onboard USS ALBANY (SSN 753) stationed in Norfolk, VA. At the completion of his Department Head tour in January 2007, LCDR Landis reported to C2F to work in the Future Operations Cell of the Operations/Plans Directorate with a focus on Maritime Homeland Security and Defense.   He currently oversees exercise FRONTIER SENTINEL in coordination with the U.S. Coast Guard and the Canadian Military.    He is slated to begin the Submarine Command Course in April of 2009 in preparation for his XO tour.


David Livingston, Business Strategy and Software Consultant

David holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Georgia Southern University and began working in the software consulting industry in 1993. Over the years, David has worked with a broad spectrum of clients, including Fortune 100 companies, state and local governments, non-profit organizations, and small businesses. By focusing on aligning business strategies and objectives to business needs, David has become well versed in a number of technologies including application development, data warehousing, business scorecards and reporting, and collaborative web solutions. David has worked with MP to define their business strategy and technology roadmap to develop a quality product and delivery system.
